Description
Xenses Insomnia is a night park that challenges your senses and your sanity, through sensory and surreal experiences you enter a dream world full of fun and incredible moments in visual games, optical illusions and more than 50 fantastic scenarios.
Walk through its two incredible routes such as the Route of Feeling where a fun Path of Dwarves and Giants will take you to the enigmatic Xensatorium, a Labyrinth of Underground Arteries with different ecosystems in total darkness to reach a space full of nature in El Eden and a refreshing Xytric Garden. You can also go on the exciting Route of Doing, where a huge heart awaits you in Heartbeat, which takes you to an original and crazy village where you don’t know if you’re going up or down, go down a vertiginous Toboggan and a zip line in Owl Flight, let yourself be carried away by the warm current of the Riolajante a salt river and enjoy a total mud cover in Lodorama.

Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the Park must only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
Bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs from your visit or have a delicious lunch at Xnack or The Grill.
Important notice:
- To enter the park alone, being over 18 years old is essential. An adult must accompany minors.
- Xenses is approximately a five-hour experience.
- Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend who can always assist them.
- Some activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy quickly, those with recent surgeries, back pain, those who weigh more than 300 lbs, or pregnant women.
- The minimum age recommended at Xenses is five years old.
- An official ID must be presented at the park’s ticket booths. If this isn’t possible, the child’s rate will apply to those measuring between 3 and 4.5 ft.
- Slip and Owl Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 and 5.6 ft. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as adults and children who don’t know how to swim, don’t participate. Both activities are done individually.
- The Owl Flight activity is recommended for children from five years old, with a minimum weight of 66 lbs (30 kg); the maximum weight allowed is 299 lbs (136 kg).
- Activities including Xensatorium, Slid, Owl Flight, Riverlaxing, Sludgerie, Rain, and Xauna are not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with epilepsy.
- Reservations canceled more than two days before the original visit date are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations canceled 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable. Any change of the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
- It is not possible to make date changes on the same day of your visit.
- Avoid using a selfie stick, a floating cane, or a handler for sports cameras during the activities.
- Smoking Control: Grupo Xcaret, complies with government regulations by offering smoke-free and emission-free spaces. For smoking, there are exclusive areas restricted for minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with cardiovascular and pulmonary health problems.
