It is advisable to book a week in advance. Some people make their reservation a day before but there is a possibility that there is no availability and other people like to have their places reserved months in advance.

When an experience is cancelled for reasons beyond the client’s control, such as weather conditions or changes generated by the transportation terminals or cancellations by the operator, the client is entitled to a change of date or a 100% refund.

Our policy of a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation to issue a full refund applies.

Reservations made less than 48% hours in advance are not applicable for cancellations or refunds due to the nature of the reservation and would be contrary to the above paragraph.

We reserve the right to issue a refund on cancellations requested less than 48 hours in advance depending on the particular case and the flexibility of the operator of the activity booked.

Our platform only offers shared or collective service experiences, we will only provide private service in those activities that so specify.
