By making a reservation with us by any means, you agree to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>

  • 48 hours or more prior to excursion date –\u00a0100% refund<\/li>
  • 24 hours or more prior to excursion date – date changes, subject to availability<\/li>
  • Less than 48 hours prior to tour date, as well as\u00a0no shows and late arrivals –\u00a0no refunds<\/li><\/ul>

    If the operator or authorities determine that weather conditions are not suitable for any activity or excursion on the day of your reservation, you will have the option to change the date or request a 100% refund.<\/span><\/p>

    Our consultants and the rest of the Auika team have no control over the schedules and start times of activities, for this reason, we do not have the ability to delay activities even if the client informs us of the delay.<\/p><\/div>
